Day 4-7.

Day 4. The end of geotourism, now we actually have to work.

The geo university, used to be a 16th century hacienda.
Me.
Looking at sandstone.
Ripple marks and trace fossils.
The 30' long trench we had to dig... in 95 degree weather... in full sun... That's Professor Keller and Payan there.
Payan sitting in part of the trench.
Finally, done.
Another view, there's Professor Keller with Lupe and Wolfgang.
Sunset, nothing like chilling with a nice cold one after a long days work.

Day 5. More KT.

The terrain we work.
That red layer is the KT iridium layer itself.
See the rattlesnake? No, well here's a closeup:
Rattler!
Maia, and Monterey.
Government building and Jess.

Day 6. Random stuff around Saltillo.

More Limestone.
Me.
Group Photo. That's Meryl, Maia, Yinan, Jess, Payan, Steve, Rich, and Gerta.
Sierras.
That's about all. The next day we went and collected various fossils before the flight back.
Till next time, Adios, Yinan.
